I’m sorry I’ve been so silent this week. I’m still grappling with the work situation and it’s taking every ounce of energy I’ve got.

I’ll be back soon, I promise.

  1. No need to apologize. We’ll be here. Hang in there — and remember, as stupid and cheesy as this sounds, that every crisis does contain an opportunity … and usually more than one opportunity. Thanks to all your hard work in therapy, you have a new set of skills and a new base of information about yourself with which to work through this very challenging situation. That in and of itself is a hopeful thing to know … yes, this is incredibly stressful, but you have different internal strength and external support than you did a year ago. You’ll figure out a course of action, one step at a time — and we will be here to cheer you on, bounce ideas, and help you hang on when things are particularly hard.

  2. Hi Kerro,

Yeah, we are here. You are not alone. I’m glad that you have such a terrific therapist, cause I know she can help you through this as well. Good and healing thoughts to you.

  3. Thank you both so very much.

David, I can’t tell you how much I needed to hear that I have your support. Thank you.

And Kate, thank you too. I’ve been feeling lost and it helped to have you point out that my therapist really is great and really is there to help me through.

  4. ((Kerro)) The work situation sounds like hell but David and Kate are right – so much strength in your own self and your relationship with T. Thinking of you and wishing you well with it.
